Refund Policy

Our Commitment

Nox Amino stands behind the quality of every product we ship. If you are not fully satisfied, we want to make it right. Please read the following policy carefully before contacting support.

Eligible Returns

You may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of the delivery date under the following circumstances:

  • Product arrived damaged or visibly compromised
  • You received the wrong item(s) compared to your order confirmation
  • Product was lost in transit and confirmed missing by the carrier
  • Significant purity discrepancy between the COA and independent third-party verification (documentation required)

Non-Eligible Returns

The following are not eligible for refund or return:

  • Products that have been opened, reconstituted, or otherwise used — due to the research nature of peptides and aminos
  • Orders where the 30-day window has elapsed since confirmed delivery
  • Purchases of digital goods, COA downloads, or subscription items
  • Returns requested due to change of research direction or ordering error (we recommend verifying your order before checkout)

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact our support team at support@noxamino.com or through the Contact page within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number (format: NOX-XXXXX), the affected product(s), and a brief description of the issue. Photos of damaged items are required for damage claims.
  3. Our team will respond within 2 business days with next steps — either a replacement shipment or a full refund to your original payment method.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and credited to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer. We do not issue refunds in the form of store credit unless explicitly requested.

Shipping Costs

We cover return shipping costs only for orders where we made an error (wrong item, damaged product). For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
