By placing an order, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are a qualified researcher, scientist, or licensed professional; (b) you will use products solely for lawful scientific research; (c) you will not use, administer, or distribute products for consumption by humans or animals.

Nox Amino expressly disclaims any liability arising from misuse of products contrary to their intended research purpose.

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use this site or purchase our products. By using this site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or concerns related to the order itself.

Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Sales tax will be calculated at checkout where applicable. Payment is required in full at the time of order.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Nox Amino is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Nox Amino provides third-party COAs for all products. COAs represent testing results for the specific batch indicated. Purity values and test results are accurate as of the stated test date. You are responsible for verifying that products meet your specific research requirements before use.

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, trademarks, and product descriptions — is owned by or licensed to Nox Amino and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

Products and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nox Amino and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our site or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
